Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1-2 years of office or administration experience
- ability to type 40wpm
- exceptional communication and listening skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong customer-focused demeanor
- demonstrate integrity and professionalism
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with office equipment (multi-line phone system, computer, copier, printer, fax)
- flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities

Job Duties
- support the culture of Abbott Construction by providing a high-level customer service inside and outside the company in alignment with Abbott’s core values and mission statement
- warmly greet and assist all visitors and callers with professionalism and courtesy
- determine the purpose of guest visits and direct or escort them to the appropriate destination
- answer incoming calls promptly and route them appropriately, reflecting Abbott’s commitment to exceptional customer service
- receive, sort and distribute mail and packages
- coordinate the pick-up of all outgoing express packages
- ensure the kitchen is stocked and cleaned
- manage supply ordering
- manage calendars for various meeting rooms
- provide set-up and break-down of meeting rooms as needed
- perform miscellaneous office errands and support tasks as requested by project staff and approved by the administration manager
