Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum one (1) year of reception experience with heavy public contact or in a security monitoring environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of security systems and monitoring
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain a calm and friendly demeanor under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum one (1) year of reception experience with heavy public contact, or in a security monitoring environment required

Job Duties

  • Greets, directs and provides appropriate resources to residents and visitors
  • Manages incoming call queue
  • Monitors, screens and unlocks exterior doors by utilizing cameras and security system
  • Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment
  • Coordinates service and maintenance calls
  • Completes Meal Tracker menus for residents in a timely manner
