Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Availability for full onsite work hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Commitment to a 6-12 month contract duration

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors while ensuring compliance with company protocols
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and coordinate security access
  • Provide administrative support including meeting scheduling and data entry
  • Keep reception and common areas organized and presentable
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth office operations
