Job Requirements

- minimum of one year receptionist experience in an office setting
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- familiarity with conference room scheduling and office services
- proficiency with office technology
- ability to maintain a professional demeanor
- previous law firm experience preferred
- ability to work full-time on-site in San Francisco

Job Duties
- Greet visitors entering and leaving the office
- answer multi-line phone system and forward calls to appropriate individuals
- manage conference room schedule and assist as needed with catering orders
- confirm reservations through Event Management System
- assist with conference center duties ensuring all conference rooms are maintained and stocked
- coordinate food and beverage setups efficiently
- maintain office security by ensuring visitors have appointments with attorneys
- validate and process monthly parking log
- record incoming packages in delivery log
- track visitor security badges and circulate notice to office personnel
- assist Office Administrator, Office Services, HR Management and other departments as needed
- keep reception area neat and orderly
- coordinate office maintenance needs with building management
- perform daily office opening and closing duties
- assist with accounts payable data entry
- assist with overflow projects
