Job Requirements

  • High school degree or related experience
  • minimum of one year receptionist experience in an office setting
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • familiarity with conference room scheduling and office services
  • proficiency with office technology
  • ability to maintain a professional demeanor
  • previous law firm experience preferred
  • ability to work full-time on-site in San Francisco

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors entering and leaving the office
  • answer multi-line phone system and forward calls to appropriate individuals
  • manage conference room schedule and assist as needed with catering orders
  • confirm reservations through Event Management System
  • assist with conference center duties ensuring all conference rooms are maintained and stocked
  • coordinate food and beverage setups efficiently
  • maintain office security by ensuring visitors have appointments with attorneys
  • validate and process monthly parking log
  • record incoming packages in delivery log
  • track visitor security badges and circulate notice to office personnel
  • assist Office Administrator, Office Services, HR Management and other departments as needed
  • keep reception area neat and orderly
  • coordinate office maintenance needs with building management
  • perform daily office opening and closing duties
  • assist with accounts payable data entry
  • assist with overflow projects
