Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service or receptionist experience
- Ability to work in a steady, unhurried pace
- Strong customer service and detail orientated approach
- Respects and seeks out direction from others
- Strong commitment to tasks being completed correctly and on time
- Communication is factual, polite, and professional
- Willingness to follow established policies, processes, and procedures
- Thrives in a structured environment
- Enjoys collaborating with others and supporting teams
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to lift or push packages if needed
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service or receptionist experience
- Some college or associate’s degree preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Professional communication skills
- Telephone etiquette
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work in a structured environment
- Ability to collaborate and support teams
Job Duties
- Answer and direct calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Forward calls to the proper party
- Take complete and accurate messages and deliver them to the appropriate person as quickly as possible
- Listen to and direct voicemails received during closed hours
- Manage vendors such as Canteen and other vendors as assigned
- Perform various administrative duties that do not interfere with the receptionist’s ability to provide top service
- Receive deliveries, including packages and mail
- Manage the mail
- Provide parking validations
- Point of contact for employee parking passes
- Other duties as assigned
