Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and directed to the appropriate person or department
  • answer and manage incoming phone calls, providing accurate information or forwarding calls as needed
  • maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized for a neat appearance
  • handle inquiries from guests and staff, offering helpful solutions or guidance
  • monitor on-site visitors and ensure all safety protocols are followed
  • coordinate with team members to ensure efficient communication and visitor management
  • support administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry when required
  • deliver exceptional customer service to all guests and callers
  • manage visitor logs and ensure records are up-to-date
  • assist with other front desk duties as assigned
