Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional, ability to multitask a must
- Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with a variety of personalities
- Professional, self-motivated, well-organized, and detail or task-oriented
- Effective problem-solver with the ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working in an office environment preferred
Job Duties
- Provide support for staff as needed, greet employees and visitors, schedule conference rooms, answer and direct telephone calls, deliver messages, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain clean and organized front desk and common areas
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- purchase supplies and equipment when needed
- Provide meeting setup and other miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors
- Coordinate and manage meeting facilities and arrangements
- Operate office machinery such as computers, photocopiers, and printers
- perform light maintenance and troubleshooting
- Complete word processing as needed including letters, memos, and labels
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Perform other duties as needed
