Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of customer-facing experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
  • Proficiency with email, calendar management, and scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to healthcare protocols and privacy standards
  • Availability to work three days per week on 13-hour shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience such as retail or hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in using email, calendars, and scheduling systems
  • Willingness to learn healthcare protocols and privacy practices
  • People-first attitude with excellent customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Greet every patient with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage check-in/check-out, verify info, and assist with forms
  • Answer phones and emails with clarity, kindness, and accuracy
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Keep front desk area clean, calm, and welcoming
  • Use digital tools and office systems efficiently
  • Support teammates and adapt as needs shift
