Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to confidently use technology and learn new software quickly
  • experience in data entry or administrative support
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • availability to work Monday through Friday with flexible hours
  • ability to handle multiple communications simultaneously
  • commitment to providing exceptional client service

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles preferred
  • strong computer skills and proficiency with various software platforms
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and organizational skills
  • friendly and compassionate demeanor

Job Duties

  • manage receptionist duties including answering phone calls, emails, and texts
  • perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records
  • prioritize urgent care needs and coordinate timely responses with the front desk team
  • set up and maintain client and patient accounts
  • send appointment reminders to clients
  • provide a warm and welcoming experience for every client interaction
  • learn and utilize multiple software platforms efficiently
