Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
- Ability to work on-call shifts including either AM or PM shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a warm demeanor
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
- Prior administrative experience preferred but not required
- strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems
Job Duties
- Serve as the 'Director of First Impressions' by greeting visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism while providing accurate information and direction
- Answer and direct phone calls, monitor emergency systems, and respond promptly to resident and guest needs with a high level of customer service
- Support administrative tasks such as maintaining resident records, handling mail, and coordinating with maintenance or other departments as needed
- Assist the Sales and Activities teams by helping with event coordination, guest arrangements, and preparation of marketing materials
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, present a professional appearance, and stay informed about community events to keep residents and guests engaged
- Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices
- Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members
