Job Duties

  • Greet and direct visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and friendly demeanor

  • manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • support administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, data entry, and filing
  • assist with event coordination, office supply orders, and other clerical duties as assigned
