- must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Answers telephone in office
- greets and directs visitors
- resets front door alarm as needed
- pulls resident supply billing sheets and replaces with new sheet
- cleans empty charts and fills with new admission packet
- maintains file order in medical records room
- maintains doctor/business contact information binder
- attend educational meetings planned for this position
- familiarize oneself with location and use of firefighting equipment, alarms, and disaster procedures and be able to execute those disaster procedures
- other duties as assigned
