Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong initiative and leadership ability
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Ability to multitask and organize
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong ability to take initiative
  • Leadership skills with ability to take charge of a situation

Job Duties

  • First point of contact for customers
  • Greet and welcome customers
  • Set tone for a positive customer experience
  • Check in VIP appointments and direct customers to appropriate team members
  • Coordinate front desk activities including answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Track incoming sales calls in CRM
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with commitment to success every day
  • Assist customers with questions directed to reception desk
  • Perform other duties as assigned
