Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and delivery personnel in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls accurately and efficiently
  • Manage the main office email inbox and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, scanning, copying, and document management
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of internal documents, forms, and correspondence
  • Support purchasing, accounting, and operations teams with administrative tasks as needed
  • Track and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments
  • Handle sensitive company and customer information with discretion and professionalism
  • Follow company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards at all times
