Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in receptionist or administrative role preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist employees, guests, and vendors with courtesy and warmth, creating a positive first impression
  • Maintain the reception and lobby areas to ensure they are tidy, presentable, and meet brand and security standards
  • Manage visitor check-ins while adhering to physical security protocols
  • Issue and collect employee and building badges, keeping accurate logs for tracking purposes
  • Relay messages promptly and accurately to the appropriate team members or departments
  • Perform administrative duties such as organizing documents, updating spreadsheets, and light data entry
  • Coordinate workplace needs by reporting maintenance or cleaning issues through the ticketing system
  • Assist the mailroom team with receiving deliveries and notifying the appropriate personnel for routing packages
  • Partner with workplace experience and facilities management teams to support daily office operations
  • Facilitate facility service requests for cleaning, maintenance, and restocking needs
