Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet and assist employees, guests, and vendors with courtesy and warmth, creating a positive first impression
- Maintain the reception and lobby areas to ensure they are tidy, presentable, and meet brand and security standards
- Manage visitor check-ins while adhering to physical security protocols
- Issue and collect employee and building badges, keeping accurate logs for tracking purposes
- Relay messages promptly and accurately to the appropriate team members or departments
- Perform administrative duties such as organizing documents, updating spreadsheets, and light data entry
- Coordinate workplace needs by reporting maintenance or cleaning issues through the ticketing system
- Assist the mailroom team with receiving deliveries and notifying the appropriate personnel for routing packages
- Partner with workplace experience and facilities management teams to support daily office operations
- Facilitate facility service requests for cleaning, maintenance, and restocking needs
