Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in a medical office environment preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Friendly and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Answer phone calls promptly and courteously
  • Greet customers and provide appropriate information
  • Schedule appointments by phone or in person
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist patients with questions
  • Perform administrative support tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers
