Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in receptionist or customer service role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Dependable with strong teamwork abilities
- Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience required
- Must have warm and upbeat personality
- Be able to interact in a friendly manner with visitors, residents and staff
- Dependable and efficient with excellent teamwork
- Great customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel
- Previous long-term care or rehab experience a plus
Job Duties
- Welcome visitors, residents, and their families with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members or departments
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and professional at all times
- Provide information about the facility and services to visitors and callers
- Support staff with various tasks as needed to enhance the overall resident experience
