Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with visitors vendors and employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and tasks while staying professional and composed
- Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Professional polished and approachable presence at the front desk
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook Word and Excel
- Comfort using standard office equipment such as multi line phones printers copiers and scanners

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors clients and vendors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide a professional friendly and helpful experience for all guests and callers
- Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls provide basic information and route calls to the correct team members
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow up on calls and inquiries
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception and lobby area
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing photocopying scanning and faxing documents
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages and prepare outgoing mail and shipments
- Monitor office supply levels for the front office and coordinate reorders when needed
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments including reserving conference rooms and resources
- Support calendar coordination and basic travel logistics for leaders as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Culture and People team and other departments when requested
