Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with visitors vendors and employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and tasks while staying professional and composed
  • Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Professional polished and approachable presence at the front desk
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook Word and Excel
  • Comfort using standard office equipment such as multi line phones printers copiers and scanners

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors clients and vendors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Provide a professional friendly and helpful experience for all guests and callers
  • Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls provide basic information and route calls to the correct team members
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow up on calls and inquiries
  • Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception and lobby area
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing photocopying scanning and faxing documents
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages and prepare outgoing mail and shipments
  • Monitor office supply levels for the front office and coordinate reorders when needed
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments including reserving conference rooms and resources
  • Support calendar coordination and basic travel logistics for leaders as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Culture and People team and other departments when requested
