Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative capacity
- Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of invoicing and payments
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and office software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles is an advantage
Job Duties
- Answer all calls high volume on a multi-line system transfer calls throughout the company as needed
- Sort collate and input invoices purchase orders scanned and uploaded documents
- Keep up with insurance make sure we have up-to-date info upload into company database
- Prepare daily cash reports credit card and cash
- Take all payments as needed
- File all invoicing for parts and service invoice holders verify they are entered once they are paid and then file
- Collect references for credit applications and collect necessary signatures
- Accounts receivable collections
- Organize office supply orders
- Various tasks as assigned by supervisor
