Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- previous office experience preferable
- organization skills a positive
- ability to relate well to the public, good customer skills and professional image
- ability to work independently in a busy environment with many interruptions
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- PC proficient in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook
- ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds on a regular basis

Job Duties
- Serves as receptionist for facility
- operates switchboard for incoming phone calls
- monitors front entrance door and front entrance door alarm
- sorts and distributes mail accordingly
- assists administrative staff as needed
- performs other miscellaneous office duties such as making copies, faxing, assembling packets, typing, handling employment applications
- insures orderly appearance of lobby on a daily basis
- assists visitors and volunteers in signing appropriate guest book
- monitors everyone who enters and leaves the building
- completes other related duties as assigned
