Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients and families with warmth, patience, and professionalism
- answer phone calls, respond to messages, and manage appointment scheduling
- collect and verify patient forms, insurance information, and payments
- maintain a calm and organized front desk environment, even during busy times
- communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care
- manage confidential information in full compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
- assist with administrative projects and daily operational tasks as needed
