Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be bi-lingual
  • Must pass and background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED some college preferred
  • Inventory control data entry and order processing or comparable experience with 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and office software
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Bilingual proficiency

Job Duties

  • Answers multi-line phone system in professional and courteous manner directing all calls appropriately
  • Assists all customers vendors and visitors at window to guide them to the person department or information they are requesting
  • Assists potential new customers through the application process opens their new accounts and processes customer’s cards
  • Hands out employment applications and routes them to HR when complete
  • Goes online every day to ABC to verify against list of customers who may owe funds and may be selling their business prints reports and maintains listings
  • Sort mail and route to appropriate person or department
  • Complete all debit memos for the month for all 4 locations
  • Responsible for the daily verification of all shipments to the posting report
  • Check in drivers receiving documents and processes receiving posting report
  • File all return check notifications in binder when complete
  • Fax statements to customers
  • Files manifests processes and send FedEx shipments assist with other department filing and administrative needs when necessary
  • Supports the inventory function with administrative needs
  • Follows all safety and security procedures
