Job Requirements
- One year or more of healthcare experience or strong customer service background such as retail, hospitality, or call centers
- Commitment to enhancing patient experience and care
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Collaborative and positive team player
- Efficient multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Job Duties
- Greet patients and visitors in person and by phone
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, coordinating with medical staff
- Maintain and update patient records in EMR and CRM systems
- Process billing, update patient accounts, and collect copayments
- Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Assist with office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and arranging courier services
- Make decisions within defined parameters for work expectations, quality standards, and timing
