Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with switchboard equipment
- Basic computer skills and data entry capability
- Familiarity with 10-key data entry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Working knowledge of switchboard equipment preferred
- Ability to use computer systems and complete data entry preferred
- Knowledge of 10-key data entry method preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, analyze, and make decisions
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and nights
Job Duties
- Answer all incoming calls and route to appropriate area or individual
- Greet all visitors and assist them in signing in and wearing badge
- Enter and scan deposits, charges, and adjustments as directed
- Run and distribute census reports each morning and at end of day
- Assist in the entry of information related to admits, discharges, and physician changes
- Scan all correspondence and any miscellaneous items
- Check all therapy charges and attach census to back of each therapist’s batch
