Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes, Online Check-in, and the Wait Time Monitor
- process transactions and issue receipts
- have general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
- manage the flow of customers between check-in and the service
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
- manage answering phones
- inform customers about services
- update customer records with contact information
- assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- commit to working a flexible schedule, including peak times
- dedicate to great customer service
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- effectively resolve customer issues
