Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior relevant experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency with phone systems and basic computer software
- ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- reliable and punctual
- flexibility to work varying shifts including non-traditional hours
- valid driver’s license and a clean driving record may be required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
- excellent communication skills
- strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- proficiency with telephone systems and basic data entry
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet and connect customers by phone or in person with dealership team members
- handle telephone switchboards efficiently
- enter basic customer demographic information into the sales control system
- assist customers and vendors promptly and courteously
- support dealership sales and service team during events and service rush hours
- maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- collaborate with team members during non-traditional hours as needed
