Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- minimum three years of relevant experience
- proficient in english and spanish (reading, speaking and writing)
- must be a practicing roman catholic in good standing
- valid texas driver's license
- must maintain compliance with the diocese of austin ethics and integrity in ministry (eim) policies throughout the employment period
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of microsoft office applications
- knowledge of google docs, sheets, and google products
- knowledge of general office phone systems
- knowledge of general office equipment such as printers, scanners, laminators
- good organizational skills

Job Duties
- support and uphold the philosophy of catholic ministry and the mission of st. albert the great catholic church
- act as a witness to gospel values by modeling the teachings of the catholic church
- continuously grow in your ministry by participating in religious ceremonies, training sessions, and reflection activities as directed
- serve as the first point of contact for parishioners
- answering phone
- assist with baptism class sign-ups and booking baptism dates
- schedules mass intentions and maintains mass intention list
- schedules sanctuary candle intentions and maintains sanctuary candle list
- makes and laminates signs as needed
- enters membership form in ministry platform and cathedral envelope system
- assists with clerical endowment cards
- mails welcome cards and assists with addressing/labeling as needed
- makes sacrament certificates of all types as needed
- makes copies as needed
- refill paper in copier
- helps keep work room clean and stocked including refilling paper
- helps keep lobby tidy
- maintains inventory of office supplies and informs business manager when supplies need to be ordered
- assists in preparation of mass notebooks for the weekend including prayers of the faithful
- other duties as assigned
