- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- minimum two years multi-line phone experience
- working knowledge of multi-line phone system
- proficient computer skills
- ability to use various types of office equipment including computer equipment, fax machine, copier and phone

- previous medical office/health care experience preferred
Job Duties
- Manages phone calls and visitors in a professional manner
- processes mail, faxes, office deliveries and death certificates
- provides quality clerical support
- maintains professional knowledge and enhances professional skills
- adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct
