Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors to the area
- provide general information regarding processes and policies
- direct visitors to appropriate resources, services, or areas
- maintain an orderly waiting area and collaborate with volunteer services
- report maintenance issues
- coordinate access to care delivery areas including visitor authorization and support services
- answer phones, transfer calls, take and relay messages
- assemble charts, file documents, sort mail, maintain supplies inventory
- transport patients when needed
- process occasional miscellaneous payments
