Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a customer service, administrative, front desk reception role in an office environment
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and clients
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced or high-traffic situations, while maintaining a friendly and solution-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work regular business hours (8am - 5pm) Monday through Friday

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) a plus
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced or high-traffic situations, while maintaining a friendly and solution-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work regular business hours (8am - 5pm) Monday through Friday

Job Duties

  • Maintain neatness in reception, break area, conference rooms, pantry, kitchen, and common areas
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
  • Greet and welcome clients and vendors in a professional and courteous manner ensuring a positive first impression
  • Notify appropriate staff upon arrival
  • Assist and guide visitors and vendors to meetings
  • Perform proper office opening and closing procedures
  • Collect mail, distribute, and coordinate deliveries
  • Utilize intranet to access firm information
  • Assist with setup and breakdown for meetings and special events
  • Able to take on other responsibilities as necessary
