Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a customer service, administrative, front desk reception role in an office environment
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and clients
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced or high-traffic situations, while maintaining a friendly and solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to work regular business hours (8am - 5pm) Monday through Friday

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) a plus

- Ability to work regular business hours (8am - 5pm) Monday through Friday
Job Duties
- Maintain neatness in reception, break area, conference rooms, pantry, kitchen, and common areas
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
- Greet and welcome clients and vendors in a professional and courteous manner ensuring a positive first impression
- Notify appropriate staff upon arrival
- Assist and guide visitors and vendors to meetings
- Perform proper office opening and closing procedures
- Collect mail, distribute, and coordinate deliveries
- Utilize intranet to access firm information
- Assist with setup and breakdown for meetings and special events
- Able to take on other responsibilities as necessary
