Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak times
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
Basic computer skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to excellent customer service
Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

Warmly greet customers
Communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes such as Online Check-in and the Wait Time Monitor
Process transactions and issue receipts
Provide general knowledge and recommendations on retail products
Manage customer flow between check-in and service
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby area
Answer phone calls promptly
Inform customers about services
Update customer records with contact information
Assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
Work a flexible schedule including peak times
Deliver great customer service
Resolve customer issues efficiently in a fast-paced environment
