Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years administrative or clerical experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- bilingual in Spanish preferred
Job Qualifications

- 1-3 years prior administrative or clerical experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
- experience with Publisher or similar software desirable
- ability to maintain confidentiality and enforce security policies
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- punctual with strong attendance record
- professional demeanor
- bilingual in Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Promptly greets visitors in a warm and professional manner
- answers questions and directs inquiries to appropriate parties
- maintains guest lobby area cleanliness and orderliness
- answers, screens, and forwards incoming phones and emails
- keeps detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls
- performs administrative duties including data entry, organizing files, copying, collecting documents, and creating flyers
- issues visitor badges and coordinates escorts in compliance with security policies
- assists in managing gym safety protocols and visitor check-in
- supports planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and team building activities
- oversees mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
- takes inventory and restocks office supplies
- performs other duties as assigned
