Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of clerical experience
- Ability to manage multi-line telephone systems
- Basic proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in a legal or criminal justice-related environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office setting
- Effective communication and customer service skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of clerical experience
- Basic skills in Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Edge
- Prior work experience in a legal or criminal justice-related setting
- Multi-line telephone system experience
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
Job Duties
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, screen, direct, and transfer calls, and answer caller inquiries within the realm of authority
- Greet visitors and direct walk-in traffic
- Monitor visitor building access and access badges
- Sort mail and packages for pick-up and distribution throughout the office
- Electronically access court records and case information to answer inquiries from internal and external customers
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks
- process no complaints filed cases and close them out in the case management system
