Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or public contact
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in operating multi-line telephone systems
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and emergencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in public contact or customer service desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to operate multi-line telephone systems
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft programs
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college education preferred
Job Duties
- Answer phones with proper phone etiquette and direct calls to appropriate person
- Monitor incoming and outgoing persons through the doors
- Maintain lobby area orderly and free from clutter
- Report unusual incidents to management
- Make the best first impression and provide effective customer service
- Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests
- Provide clerical support for administrative staff
