Job Requirements

  • Must be willing to work in New York, NY
  • must be 21 years or older
  • must be willing to work overtime, nights, and Saturdays of scheduled show weeks
  • must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • required on-site: this position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and take messages
  • sort and deliver mail and packages
  • greet guests and visitors and escort/register as necessary
  • restock office supplies
  • maintain staff data and contacts
  • work with the staff on additional project-based duties
  • stay current on pop culture and entertainment news stories
  • willing to float to alternative desks as needed
  • complete expense reports in a timely manner
