Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • assist visitors in finding their way around the office
  • announce visitors as necessary
  • help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges and maintaining visitor logs
  • assist with administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans
  • answer phones professionally and route calls as necessary
  • assist colleagues with administrative tasks
