- one year of experience as receptionist with light typing preferred
- bilingual (Spanish / English) required

Job Duties
- Manages the telephone switchboard
- receives incoming calls, determines the nature of the calls, transfers calls to appropriate people
- takes and relays messages
- places long distance calls
- maintains an updated intercom listing
- makes general announcements over the intercom
- receives incoming visitors to CNS
- screens visitors and requests
- determines nature of the visit
- locates the appropriate person
- provides information requested
- takes and delivers written and verbal messages to appropriate personnel
- handles mailing procedures
- maintains office supplies
- conducts two-way radio transmissions with transportation as needed
