Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous office experience with a focus on clerical or administrative duties
- proven experience in customer service roles, especially in medical or dental reception settings preferred
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and office management software such as QuickBooks
- excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is a plus
- positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- bilingual abilities highly valued
- ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- adaptable and reliable with proven problem solving

Job Duties
- Answer the phones and transfer calls
- greet all walk-in visitors
- maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records including personal information, certifications, classifications, birthdays, work anniversaries and other milestones
- provide leadership with timely and accurate information on upcoming employee milestones via email daily
- oversee the office calendar and manage all employee time-off requests
- manage internal programs such as the Safety Bucks program - manage costs, monitor expenditures, and identify cost improvement opportunities
- manage office supplies and company swag budgets
