Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year minimum experience as a receptionist, secretary, administrative assistant working with the public, or office management preferred
- Obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire
- Possess a valid driver’s license within 90 days of hire
- Attend training required by applicable laws
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use common office equipment such as modern phone systems, fax machines, and copy machines
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders

Job Qualifications

- Minimum one year experience in receptionist, secretary, administrative assistant, or office management roles involving public interaction

Job Duties
- Responsible for opening and closing the main office building lobby and keeping lobby area clean
- Provide timely, proactive, and professional customer service to all internal and external Sunrise customers
- Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answer questions and refer inquiries to the appropriate person
- Monitor, process, and direct voicemails left on the main phone line
- Support the QA work group with administrative tasks and prioritize connection of calls and messages from DDA, RCS, APS and other external partners
- Model a positive, proactive and priority-focused communication style to encourage collaboration and improve quality of life of team and clients
- Maintain employee and department directories and route calls to SL work groups and other divisions and departments
- Manage copy room duties including completing projects, keeping it organized, monitoring stock levels, and arranging maintenance
- Maintain garage storage area neat and organized, monitor stock levels and report broken or damaged items
- Oversee office bathroom cleanliness and restock supplies as needed
- Monitor and maintain break room cleanliness and supplies including coffee making and weekly cleaning of refrigerator and freezer
- Report issues with vehicles and 811 building to the SL Director
- Set up, coordinate, and conduct group activities for Community Living participants including fitness, social skills, arts, crafts, and games
- Research and design various events, obtain supplies, schedule locations, create and distribute flyers
- Conduct minimal driving to pick up items
- Ensure events promote support and teaching of skills related to health, safety, self-recognition, community integration, relationship development, competence, and self-reliance
