Job Requirements
- Current resident of Wisconsin
- high school diploma or GED
- at least one year experience as receptionist or office support with administrative, communication, and correspondence skills
- intermediate knowledge of computer and software applications
- intermediate knowledge of Infor or alternative purchasing system
- advanced knowledge of CMMS such as Cityworks or alternative program

- intermediate knowledge of computer applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
- intermediate knowledge of Infor or alternative purchasing system
- advanced knowledge of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) such as Cityworks or alternative program
- associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
- experience in accounting setting preferred
- knowledge of two-way radio and telephone systems preferred
Job Duties
- Manage work order request system - create and assign work orders to appropriate staff
- dispatch urgent work orders to facilities personnel or vendors
- follow up with customers regarding service requests
- provide professional customer service and assist in resolution of service issues
- maintain key logs
- distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- answer phones and greet visitors
- verify data on authorization request documents
- respond to facilities shared email
- support administrative staff as needed
- secure documentation and order office supplies
- verify account coding for purchasing
- enter, modify, and receive purchasing requests in software
- perform other duties as assigned
