- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in person and on the phone
- Manage the dealership telephone switchboard efficiently
- Route customers to the appropriate sales or service team member
- Enter basic customer information into the sales control system accurately
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional assistance to customers
- Support dealership sales and service teams during events and busy hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service throughout the dealership
