Job Duties
- Greeting and seeing off members for workouts
- Facility cleanliness and organization
- Capturing photo and video of workouts
- Leading orientation of the facility for prospective customers and assisting the Sales Staff in creating a motivating and exciting experience
- Setting up and breaking down equipment for workouts
- Processing payments and managing member accounts
- Merchandise sales
- Assist Coaching Staff with recording athlete data and ensuring safety of athletes
- Participation in company events and attendance of athlete sporting events
- Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly
