Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
  • Must be willing to execute Corient's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Participation in E-Verify program

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a front desk or hospitality role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with visitor management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle AV setup and basic IT troubleshooting
  • Professional appearance and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors ensuring a premium experience aligned with Corient's brand
  • Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries professionally
  • Operate visitor management systems and maintain accurate logs
  • Support meeting room AV setup and basic IT troubleshooting
  • Partner with Office Manager and building management to facilitate routine deliveries and office access needs
  • Provide support for office events and employee onboarding activities in partnership with the Office Manager and Workplace Team
  • Maintain reception and common areas to hospitality standards
