Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- ability to multitask and support team members throughout the day
- a passion for working with children and families

- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed

Job Duties
- greet and check in customers with a warm, friendly demeanor

- provide outstanding customer service that aligns with the Pigtails & Crewcuts brand experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and professionalism
