Job Duties
- Provides 5-star customer service to all employees and visitors in all forms of communication
- answers incoming telephone calls and routes callers to the appropriate person
- ensures all visitors complete and understand Nondisclosure Agreements
- logs visitors into the registration system
- activates access for temporary badges
- issues facility access cards to employees
- answers and routes global calls professionally
- prioritizes calls and escalates issues
- maintains updated phone and speed dial lists
- trains backup personnel and provides policy guidance
- notifies employees of inbound deliveries or directs them to mailroom
- provides light administrative support such as scheduling meeting rooms and ordering catering
- follows up on loaned access cards
- builds professional relationships with customers and teams
- maintains reception area neatness and replenishes refreshments
- performs meeting and conference room setup
- monitors and orders office supplies
- assists with copy/print orders and equipment
- maintains professionalism and composure
- handles sensitive inquiries and provides back office coverage
- proactively seeks additional work during downtime
