Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years reception or equivalent customer related experience
- ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis
- prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
- must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- maintains a neat, professional appearance to meet appearance standards policy

- excellent verbal communication skills
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Answer, assist, and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner
- greet visitors, vendors, and clients
- determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location
- receive and sort mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries
- manage conference room schedule and ensure conference rooms are organized and tidy
- perform basic filing and recordkeeping
- validate parking for specific clients and guests
- assist with other administrative projects as needed
