Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years reception or equivalent customer related experience
  • ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis
  • prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
  • must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • maintains a neat, professional appearance to meet appearance standards policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years of reception experience or equivalent customer related ability
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • proficient in Microsoft Office
  • ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • Answer, assist, and direct all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner
  • greet visitors, vendors, and clients
  • determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location
  • receive and sort mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries
  • manage conference room schedule and ensure conference rooms are organized and tidy
  • perform basic filing and recordkeeping
  • validate parking for specific clients and guests
  • assist with other administrative projects as needed
