Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Two years’ experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard preferably in a healthcare environment
- Any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and assist all visitors
- Check in patients for assessment
- Answer the multi-line switchboard and route calls appropriately
- Maintain the facility census book
- Accept and direct incoming deliveries
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide clerical support as requested
- Keep A&R forms stocked
- Maintain the appearance of the lobby and triage rooms
- Enter patient admissions, discharges, physician/bed/unit transfers, and A&R calls
- Assist with various clerical duties and projects as assigned
