Job Requirements
- High school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
- Willingness to work flexible hours including workdays, weekends, and holidays
- Completion of all required orientation programs
- Flexibility to work hours fluctuating between 10:00 am-8:00 pm
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work per diem based on business needs
Job Qualifications

- Completion of all required orientation programs
- 1-2 years customer service experience preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Ability to deal with diversified customers
Job Duties
- Perform front desk reception duties
- Schedule patient appointments
- Coordinate patient information and records
- Welcome and greet patients and visitors
- Support patient navigation programs
