Job Requirements
- High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- Ability to work full time with alternating shifts including 12-8pm and 2-10:30pm
- Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple phone lines and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in previous roles
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- Previous receptionist experience strongly preferred
- Administrative or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Professional licensure or certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable
Job Duties
- Perform receptionist functions for assigned areas
- Receive, screen, route and respond to incoming telephone calls
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery
- Greet guests and provide appropriate assistance and information
- Perform additional clerical duties as assigned
