Job Requirements

  • High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
  • Ability to work full time with alternating shifts including 12-8pm and 2-10:30pm
  • Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple phone lines and prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in previous roles
  • Familiarity with clerical duties and office equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
  • Previous receptionist experience strongly preferred
  • Administrative or customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Professional licensure or certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable

Job Duties

  • Perform receptionist functions for assigned areas
  • Receive, screen, route and respond to incoming telephone calls
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery
  • Greet guests and provide appropriate assistance and information
  • Perform additional clerical duties as assigned
