Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- capability to keep information confidential and organized
- proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google platforms
- ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, standing, climbing, and lifting up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Responsible for managing and organizing of the front desk activities
- establish interpersonal relationships and communicate well as the first person customers see and talk to
- assist employees with special requests and act as an employee relations liaison
- greet visitors and maintain visitor sign-in process using the Envoy system
- issue temporary badges for employees, vendors, contractors, and direct visitors appropriately
- notify company personnel of visitor arrival
- follow established protocol to protect customer and employee privacy when speaking with callers
- provide event support including setup and teardown of meetings, lunches, and townhalls
- receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, create shipments and pickups, and maintain package storage areas
- keep reception area clean and tidy and decorate for occasions and holidays
- assist local stakeholders with event or project needs
