Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • capability to keep information confidential and organized
  • proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google platforms
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, standing, climbing, and lifting up to 25 pounds
  • professional demeanor and clear communication abilities

Job Duties

  • Responsible for managing and organizing of the front desk activities
  • establish interpersonal relationships and communicate well as the first person customers see and talk to
  • assist employees with special requests and act as an employee relations liaison
  • greet visitors and maintain visitor sign-in process using the Envoy system
  • issue temporary badges for employees, vendors, contractors, and direct visitors appropriately
  • notify company personnel of visitor arrival
  • follow established protocol to protect customer and employee privacy when speaking with callers
  • provide event support including setup and teardown of meetings, lunches, and townhalls
  • receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, create shipments and pickups, and maintain package storage areas
  • keep reception area clean and tidy and decorate for occasions and holidays
  • assist local stakeholders with event or project needs
